Hi, I’m Haris Odobasic.

I’m the creator of Growth After Headcount, a book project, podcast and newsletter exploring how small teams can build ambitious businesses with AI. I talk to founders about what they’re building, and share what I’m learning as I build a business myself.

I’m also Managing Partner at Revenue Wizards, a RevOps and AI consultancy in Amsterdam, and the author of The RevOps Pendulum.
